MasterMold LLC, located in Mauston WI, is an established composite molder, painter and assembler of many OEM products across a diverse set of industries.  We are currently looking to add experienced supervisors to our team due to recent expansion of our production.

This position will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing and staff management.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the machinery is functional

• Making sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards

• Tracking and reporting metrics

• Collaborating with other departments and managers

• Supervising production employees

• Overseeing production to ensure goals are met and orders are filled

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in a leadership role

• Strong leadership, quantitative, and analytical skills and ability to apply those skills within the role

• Ability to identify issues and take initiative for process improvement and problem resolution

• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

• Ability to work with all levels within the organization

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Customer-oriented focus

• Ability to meet deadlines

This is a full-time, permanent position with several schedule options available. Salary range is from $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience.
