About the Role:

Due to the continued growth and maturity of our EPMO, we are adding a Program/Project Manager to our team. As a Program/Project Manager, you will facilitate and lead the implementation of Programs and Projects, develop and track budgets, create reporting for stakeholders and sponsors, and follow EPMO processes, standards, and controls. This role will work to provide strategic alignment with our Programs and Projects to provide exceptional experiences and drive progressive, innovative solutions. This role will be reporting to the PMO Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and supports the triage, execution and fulfillment of organizational strategic programs and projects

  • Directly leads projects underneath the outlined programs and drives key project decisions

  • Works with leaders to develop program roadmaps, identifies program risks and inter-program dependencies

  • Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure milestones are being met across the various projects/programs

  • Assists with the discovery of resources needed to reach objectives and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

  • Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of programs/projects ranging in duration from six months to two years plus on time and within budget and scope

  • Solves key program/project problems and ensures all findings are communicated effectively

  • Creates KPIs for monitoring program health and progress throughout the program lifecycle

  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

  • Responsible for internal customer satisfaction, maintaining customer communication, and the overall management of the customer relationship

  • Analyzes programs and breaks down the program into time bound projects and executable initiatives

  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Monitor revenue, costs, margins and forecasts at the portfolio/Program level in accordance with established guidelines and procedures

  • Creates and maintains comprehensive program/project documentation

  • Assists in the creation of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring resource and technical feasibility

  • Works closely with Sr. Leadership and Program sponsors to ensure strategic goals are being met and appropriately prioritized

Position Requirements:

  • This position is Remote

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is Required

  • 5+ years of program and project management experience is Required

  • 2+ years of prior experience working in or with a financial institution is Required

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
